The "Get or Create Modal Instance" button can either be used to create modal instance, or to get the modal instance associated with a DOM element. You can also create modal instance by clicking the "Launch Modal" button.
Press Ctrl+Shift+J (Windows / Linux) or Cmd+Opt+J (Mac) to open the browser console panel.
